If you received a form by mail, please use the RELEASE FORM found on this page as it is the up-to-date one. Forms on this website are the most current and override any printed or mailed.

through a PayPal account or credit card. If payment is not received immediately, your registration will not be processed, and you will have to resubmit the forms.

NEW ... MCCA DISCOUNT!
Children of current and new members of Montgomery County Cattlemen's Association will receive a discount per member for rodeo entries and queen/princess pageant. Adult (legal guardian or parent) must join by May 2, 2009, and prior to rodeo registration. The qualifying member must be a paid member no later than May 2, 2009, to receive the discount. Only one child may take the discount per voting MCCA member. Contestant will receive $2.00 off per entry for rodeo events (up to $16) and $5 off pageant registration. Discounts will not be given after payment and registration are received.

Separate registration and release forms is required for the rodeo and queen/princess registration.

NOTICE: Children ages 12, 13 and 14 are REQUIRED to present a copy of their birth certificate no later than 9:00 am the day of the rodeo due to insurance liability requirements.
  • Events may fill prior to the rodeo. Pre-register to avoid event fill-ups.
  • Pre-registration ends Saturday, May 2, 2009 - form must be postmarked by this date.
  • No faxed registrations will be accepted. Pre-registration must be mailed in with a check or money order. We will not hold registration without proper forms and money.
  • No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
  • No changes of events will be allowed after 9:00 am rodeo day and no refunds for changes.
  • There is a $10.00 late fee to register in the All-Around Events the day of the rodeo (if event has space left).
  • If it rains rodeo day, we will run the rodeo in the rain. Lightning will cause a delay and the rodeo will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.
  • Birth certificates will be required on children ages 12 and 14. You may send a copy with pre-registration. If no copy is provided with pre-registration, you'll be required to bring a copy of birth certificate on rodeo day. If no copy provided, the contestant will be disqualified with no refund.
  • Registration booth closes at 9:00 am on rodeo day. No new registrations or changes will be allowed after that time. If you need to pick up pre-registration at a later time, please make a note on your registration form.
  • There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
The Little Boots Rodeo committee reserves the right to add, change or update rules as needed until rodeo day.
If a conflict or question arises, the committee will make a final determination.
